We had a brilliant experience with Soft Play in a Box for our daughters first birthday. The booking process was seamless, and we really appreciated the extra days over the bank holiday weekend. The equipment arrived in excellent condition, snd the clear packing instructions made everything stress-free. When there was a small hiccup with the initial delivery, Charlotte was incredibly helpful and resolved it on the same day. All the kids loved the setup - such a great idea for a party. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

I rented one of the smaller soft plays for my sons 1st birthday and it did not disappoint! This was stress free just what you need when organising kids parties, even getting to me before my chosen day, this doesnt come with any extra fees, just less to worry about! Easy to unbox and super easy to put together, even comes with a little pump for the bunnies. Everything was clean and ready to go! All the kids loved it. Sending back was hassle free, re box and send off with the courier. AMAZING! Definitely will be using these again in the future and I will be recommending to everyone I know. Thank you so much for making my little boys birthday something to remember for everyone.

Found Soft Play In A Box while searching on Google. What a fab company and great concept. Delivery and collection was smooth with one hour time slots given. We had the soft play for 3 nights which made it very cost effective and meant my son could enjoy the soft play after his party. The soft play itself was exceptionally clean, it looked practically brand new. Easy to pack away ready for collection. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Could not have went better for my sons 1st Birthday party. Everything arrived with plenty of time to spare, all the equipment was spotless and set up/packing was made really simple by helpful guides provided. The team were on hand for any questions I sent over social media. Amazing service, would recommend and use again. All of the kids loved it and used it, from 6 months to 6 years old.

Soft Play in a box a big thank you for some absolutely outstanding customer service I would highly recommend you to anyone who is looking to hire this sort of equipment. The soft play equipment was clean and of high quality and very easy to put together. It was delivered before the event and collected as stated after the event. DPD delivered and collected they were outstanding too. I needed to amend my order slightly and this was no problem. Once again thank you it is very rare these days to get such service.

This was the perfect thing to have in place for my one year olds first birthday party. The kids loved the ball pit and climbing around. Its so hard to think of what to do when they are so little but this was perfect. Delivery came a day early so were lucky to be able to enjoy it for no extra cost for an extra day. The communication was brilliant and I loved how the boxes had stickers on to show you what went in what box as after 4 days I'm not sure I would have remembered!

Such an easy process to book. Got emails in the week leading up to the date to let us know about delivery and links on how to pack away once finished. They booked DPD to pick it up which was also really smooth. The kids absolutely loved the soft play and we will definitely book again. Thank you

Rented soft play in a box for our daughters first birthday. I was unsure what to expect but have been delighted by the whole experience. We received regular updates on the delivery on our box, (which was sent early at no extra charge!) including when there was a small delay with DPD. The set up was quick and easy, and the equipment was in great condition. The kids had a fantastic time, it kept them occupied all day and the parents were so impressed. I was dreading packing it all back into the boxes but the diagrams and instructions made it so easy, and DPD picked it up within a 1 hour window. Fantastic! Will definitely use again.

I honestly can't recommend SoftPlayInABox enough. I booked online for my childs 1st birthday and was a bit nervous because it sounded too good to be true, but the service was incredible. When delivery was delayed, Charlotte stepped in and went above and beyond in a way I've never experienced. She tracked the boxes herself, kept me updated throughout, chased couriers, labelled the parcels as urgent for a very important childs birthday. and even explored a taxi from the warehouse to get them to us. Even though the delay was completely out of their control, they extended our hire free of charge, which honestly meant everything. Having the soft play at home for longer meant my daughter could use it every single day. She learned to climb safely, go up and down the steps, climb in and out of the ball pit confidently, and by the end she was doing it all independently, even the slide! All that extra movement and confidence strengthened her muscles so much that she took her first steps just before the New Year. We now have a climber and a walker, and I truly believe that having that extra time to learn and explore at her own pace thanks to SoftPlayInABox, played a huge role in that milestone. What really stood out was how much Charlotte genuinely cared. This wasn't generic customer service. It was so thoughful, personal and kind. Thank you so much to Charlotte and the team, you are amazing!

Absolutely AMAZING! Highly recommend and will be using again and again! Hired soft play in a box for my sons 1st birthday party and they did not disappoint! Good communication with DPD for delivery and collection times! Very helpful with the boxes as they're a little big. Set it all up for my sons party it was clean and very well packed also came with instructions to pack the soft play back up so it all fit perfectly! I got the ball pit (also with personalisation) 2 ride on toys, step and slide, crawl through tunnel, the rest of the soft play blocks to build with and the floor mats as well. All of my family and friends children absolutely loved it and most importantly the burthday boy he was in his element! I paid £160 and that was including personalised ball pit (writing on the front) had it for 4 days they collect and pick back up! Very very pleased! Thank you so much! Will be using again!

We hired soft play for our daughters 1st birthday party at home. She absolutely loved it and had the best time. It was perfect for keeping the babies entertained and the pastel colours looked so pretty too! Its great that we had it for a few days before the party so she got to play with it beforehand and get lots of use out of it! Communication was great throughout and the collection and delivery of it was hassle free. It was so easy to assemble and to pack away again! Would definitely recommend and will be using soft play in a box again in the future!

This was the highlight of my kids party, every child enjoyed the soft play. I cant praise enough the customer service as Charlotte was very hands-on resolving logistics issues. Will definitely hire again in the future.

Excellent experience all round, delivery and pick up was easy, and the soft play was clean, colourful and exactly what we wanted. A great experience - the children really loved it and we will be booking again. I struggled to repack all the items into the boxes and mentioned to the company and Charlotte responded very promptly, explaining that they had sent an email with instructions on how to pack, i just hadn't read it! Totally my fault but I will remember for next time!

Wow, what a fantastic service. We hired the bear package for our sons first birthday. It was so easy to book and not much more money than those who only lend out for the day. We had some issues with DPD both delivering and collecting the soft play so Charlotte went above and beyond to make sure it all went smoothly for us and was so friendly the entire time. The equipment was extremely clean and well maintained. The babies absolutely adored it! I would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone.

Ordered this for my granddaughters 1st birthday party. We were drawn to softplayinabox as we had a pastel themed party and we found the pastel set you hire out on a google search and it was just perfect! We were kept informed all the way with DPD with delivery etc, it was going to be delivered 2 days early but would not have worked with storage until our party, but this was easily sorted on the DPD app, and I changed the delivery back to original date with no problem. The kids absolutely loved the set and kept the little ones amused for the whole duration of the party! The price was reasonable too. Collection is tomorrow and easy as I can leave in a safe place if my 1 hour slot isnt convenient. Highly recommend softplayinabox! Thankyou for such great service

After a google search for suppliers in the area, I was immediately drawn to the website and the whole process from purchase to delivery to pick up was so smooth. We were kept informed on the parcels delivery slot and received a message from Soft Play in a Box the day before the parcels were picked up. The soft play package we ordered (the Bright luxe set) was perfect for what we needed, and my little one and his friends loved it! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fab soft play supplier.

I hired the deluxe soft play package and it did not disappoint! All the kids loved it and it was perfect for my girls first birthday party. Its great value for money considering how much you get and how many days are included in the hire, which also meant we could use parts of it at home prior to the party. Delivery was simple, DPD confirmed a time slot. They did deliver a day early, which for me wasnt a problem bit for someone else it could be. But you simply change the date in your delivery confirmation email if its an issue. Collection couldn't have been easier, the team messaged me the day before to advise the date and time slot, and someone from the team collected. Setting up and packing it again was also very easy. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I booked this soft play for my granddaughters 1st birthday. It was a bit of a panic situation as we had already booked a different soft play company and was let down 5 days before the party. Softplayinabox gave excellent service, booked on the Monday for delivery on Friday ready for the party on the sat. The boxes albeit big were delivered on the Thursday morning and collected on the Monday afternoon. So extra play time on top. Thank you for coming to our rescue!

We hired this for our daughters 1st birthday party, and it was a total hit! Both of our children played with it non-stop, and all the guests loved it too at the party. It looks amazing (so aesthetically pleasing), and it truly made the party special. What sets this company apart is the value for money - you get the equipment for much longer than most other companies offer, which is such a bonus. Plus, assembly is a breeze (if I can manage it, anyone can!) If you're considering renting soft play, dont hesitate - this company is the one to go with! I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future :)

We hired the soft play for our sons first birthday. It was absolutely perfect and all the children loved it! We were getting quotes from other soft hire places who wanted almost twice as much for 4 hours hire however we had soft play in a box for 4 days! Great value for money and aesthetically pleasing for mum!

I couldn't recommend soft play in a box more - the items that arrived were really high quality and the children loved playing with them. The ball pit was a huge hit! There was also an issue which resulted in me missing a delivery but the brilliant Charlotte went above and beyond to work with DPD to get my order the same day. Brilliant service and fantastic business, will definitely use again!!

Hired the perfect pastel kit and a couple of extras and I couldnt ask for a better service. First the goods arrive with repack instructions which is everything, it arrived in great condition process was just as easy. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Found this small but mighty company through instagram whilst party planning for my sons first birthday. We hired a hall with a bouncy castle for the older children but was looking for a way to entertain the babies and toddlers. It was a huge hit! It cost me less to hire Soft Play in a Box for a long weekend, than hiring local softplay for basically the same items for only half a day so it was a no brainer. Plus my son got to bring it home and play after the party. Communication was easy, all my queries were answered promptly. We received really useful emails including how to pack everything away which made everything super easy. All items were excellent quality and clean. Would recommend to anyone throwing a party with a large space to use. The only thing we didnt think about which I will mention just to remind others was that you either have to have a space to store the boxes or purchase strong tape to rebuild them afterwards. The boxes were good and strong quality. Ours were delivered on a rainy day, so they got a bit wet, thankfully it didnt seem to affect the quality of the box. Once we unpacked the soft play and realized we didnt have space to store the empty boxes whilst the soft play was out, we disassmbled the boxes carefully and then taped them back up, nice and easily once it was time to return the soft play. Overall, a positive experience and will definitely be looking to book again for the next party.

It was collected on Monday so he got another day of playing! My son and all his friends helped make his 1st birthday so special. It was so easy to book, set up and pack away. Will definitely love to book again!

Was recommended by family member, neither of us had tried it before however it came up as suggestion on Facebook. The website is clear and accessible. The delivery was fast and very well packaged, its an amazing deal if you book it for a Friday you will keep it until the folowing Monday which means a lot of play time for little ones! The soft play came as described and very easy to set up, took no more than 10 minutes! So happy with this service and will recommend to family and friends

I came across this company when I was searching for soft play for my son's first birthday and it was the best decision I made to hire from them. It came on the Thursday, he had it the whole weekend to play with and all for the same price as soft play hire for a 4 hour package locally. It seemed to good to be true to have the courier service but it was so easy. Our son can be a bit cautious with new things, so having the equipment for 2 days before his party really let him explore it at his own pace and safe to say he was so upset when it had to go back. The play equipment came in perfect condition, really clean and took seconds to put together and pack away. We had kids ranging from 9 months to 2.5 years at the party and they all loved it. All the other parents at the party asked where we got it from as they were all so impressed and I recommended it to everyone. Also I really appreciate the environmental approach to reusing boxes. Great quality, great price and so convenient for busy parents.

Fantastic Company, from start to finish this was a breeze. I contacted some many other companies and the hassel of no one getting back to me was so frustrating. But when I found soft play in a box It was so easy. Added everything I wanted was offered extra... email confirmation came through. Was delivered by DPD and he even took it round to my dad's.
Charlotte from the company rang as there was a delay in on box which was left at warehouse by mistake but she made sure that was delivered the day after and plenty if time for the party. Also arranged collection from my dad's and once we packed it all up which was easier than I thought it would it was collected with a 1 hour time slot. I couldn't recommend this company enough.
