All packages come in boxes. The number of boxes will be stated in your shipping confirmation depending on what package you have ordered, but it will typically be 3-6 boxes. The smallest will be 610x610x480mm, and the largest will be 600x920x480mm. Although bulky, the boxes are not heavy, so can be carried by one person.

Should you wish to move the soft play around during your hire, we suggest taking it out of the boxes, and just pack into your car directly. In this way, a standard or bundle package will fit into a standard hatchback car. The soft play is of course soft and squidgy, and will therefore squeeze into most cars.

In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your softplay for hire rental order, subject to item availability and available space in your transport boxes. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.

We advise booking your delivery for the Thursday before  your big weekend, that way, if you miss the courier they will try again the next day and you'll still have the equipment delivered in time before your party.

Our couriers also provide a text with a one hour delivery window and tracking information so you will have notice of their arrival.

Yes!

You can have the softplay for hire equipment delivered to wherever you need it - a holiday home, community centre, granny's house, etc. Just make sure that whoever is in knows the delivery is coming so that someone is there to accept it from the courier.

Yes - it's perfect for summer garden fun. We do just ask that if it rains you cover the equipment to keep it dry and ensure that any mud is cleaned off before you return the equipment.

The luxe set comes with 16 mats which measure 60cm x 60cm each so if you want to set it all up in one area you would need 2.4m x 2.4m. However, we also love setting ours up in different areas and zones. You can have the ball pit in one corned, the step and slide next to it and the castle blocks and shapes somewhere else. It's wonderfully flexible and the kids will always move it to where they want it anyway!
