Packing Instructions

Welcome to your Soft Play in a Box!

Please note that deliveries come in three or four boxes, which may be delivered at slightly different times depending on capacity on the van at your local depot.

Here at Soft Play in a Box, we try and be as sustainable as possible, so we reuse our boxes and try to look after them to recycle them for as many trips as possible. We ask therefore that you look after your boxes as you will need them when you send your sets back.

To assemble your set

Lay out soft floor matting if hired - foam squares interlock and can be laid out in any format.

For the ball pit, simply Velcro the 4 sides together, ensuring that the bottom Velcro tab is folded out into the middle of the ball pit. Add the floor piece ensuring it is sitting on the Velcro (this means that the balls won't all fall out if the pit is moved). Pour in the balls.

Arrange your soft play blocks and shapes as preferred.

To add the step and slide simply use the Velcro strip to attach the slide to the steps.

If you have booked inflatable ride-on toys you will also have been provided with an inflation pump.

Using your set

We advise adult supervision at all times while using the equipment.

Please keep facepaints, streamers and confetti away from the equipment as the dyes in these can stain the equipment.

Please keep all glass items away from the equipment.

No food or drinks is to be allowed on any of the equipment.

Please ensure all users remove any footwear prior to using the equipment.

At the end of your hire

Please return all the balls to the draw string bag provided.

Please ensure the equipment is in a reasonably clean condition.

Please refer to the packing instructions below to fit all equipment back into the bags.

Make sure that the equipment is ready for collection on your nominated day - you should receive a collection window from DPD on the morning of your scheduled collection. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to alter your collection arrangements. Should a collection be missed a rearrangement fee may be chargeable.

Packing your boxes

For a full set we would recommend packing your equipment in the following order to ensure you can fit it all in.

Small Box (Luxe sets only)

• Place any floor mats at the bottom of the box
• Add the tunnel
• Add the ride on toys and pump

Box 2 (second small box)

• Place the castle topper in one corner with the small semi circle in the hole, then add the triangle and one layer of cubes
• Create a second layer with the two rectangular blocks to complete the box

Box 3 - Step & Slide

The step and slide will fit exactly in the box, head to tail with each other, as shown in the image

Box 4 - Ball Pit

Place 2 sides of the ball pit in the base with the other 2 sides directly on top as per the first image, then add the ball pit base, extra block and bag of balls on top

Mega Bundles
