Booking and Cancellation

1.  A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking

2.  Full payment is then due within 1 week of your delivery date

2. Should you need to cancel, cancellation must be made in writing to info@softplaypartyhire.co.uk

3. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the delivery date will receive a full refund minus the £20 non-refundable deposit
