What happens on delivery day?
Delivery day is an exciting time, and we want to make it as smooth as possible for you! On the big day, you’ll receive a one-hour delivery window, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your softplay uk equipment. If you won’t be around, no worries! You can easily nominate a safe place for us to leave your equipment or even have it delivered to a friendly neighbour.

In addition to the fantastic tracking provided by DPD, we’re on top of everything from our end, too! We’ll be tracking your order and receiving regular updates, ensuring that your set is loaded onto the vans and on its way to you without a hitch.

Any concerns on the day or leading up to your delivery day, we're always available by phone and email to answer any concerns you have. And yes, that does also sometimes mean we respond to your middle of the night worries in the middle of the night - cos we're mums too!
